    CHECKING THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    GEOFF SIMPSON ART Limited Editions are custom-made, and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. In the rare occurrence that your artwork is anything less than 100% perfect upon delivery, we always will reproduce the piece again without hesitation.

    DO I NEED TO PAY IVA 21% (SPANISH SALES TAX)?
    GEOFF SIMPSON ART will charge applicable IVA 21% Spanish Sales Tax when the artwork is destined to be delivered to all countries within the EU only. For example, artwork destined for delivery outside the EU (USA, UK, Japan) are exempt from IVA 21% Spanish Sales Tax. 

    HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
    Shipping costs are determined by the size of the order and the destination. Available shipping options and associated costs are displayed in your cart during checkout. Our shipping rates have been prenegotiated with each secure courier provider.
